Trent J. Sterling, President
Trent joined StayWell Interactive through the acquisition of DoHealth in January 2001. Prior to the acquisition Sterling was General Manager of DoHealth. He was a member of the founding DoHealth team in early 1996 and has extensive experience in online product development, business development, business partnering and general health care management.
Before DoHealth, Sterling was with Arthur Andersen's Healthcare Consulting Practice. Prior to this, he was Director of Client Operations for a managed care subsidiary of Brim Healthcare, a national health management company. During his 20 year career in healthcare Sterling has been involved with healthcare providers, hospital systems, managed care and insurance companies, consulting firms, and e-health organizations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Utah and Masters' degrees in business administration and healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota.
In addition to serving as President of StayWell Interactive, Trent is the President & CEO of StayWell Custom Communications, a sister company, that is the leader in custom print and online communications with the MCO, Hospital and employer markets. Staywell Custom Communications' products and services include primarily highly customizable newsletters and web solutions www.staywellcustom.com. Sterling also leads the StayWell Electronic Solutions Group, the organization that has been created to develop and manage online products, services and strategies for Staywell Custom Communications' parent division, Staywell http://www.staywell.com.
Ashley Dreier, Vice President and General Manager
Ashley joined StayWell Interactive in May of 2008 as the Vice President and General Manager of the division. She brings 13 years of software product development experience including Product Management, Project Management, and IT leadership.
Prior to joining Medimedia, she was the Director of Product Development for GE Capital's Corporate Payment Services division where she led the product development efforts for GE's web-application products. Prior to GE, Ashley was the Director of Program Management at Wolters Kluwer Medical Research/Ovid Technologies leading the team responsible for management of all software product initiatives. She was originally hired into the company as Director Information Services leading the Management Information Systems and Business Analyst teams. Ashley began her career at Boeing as a Senior Financial Analyst where she assisted with the development of several software application projects.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting with Management Information Systems emphasis from the University of Utah.
